The Prostheses Foundation of H.R.H. The Princess Mother has been crafting prosthetic legs for amputees without charge since 1992. Over 50,000 individuals, irrespective of race or religion, have benefited, allowing underprivileged amputees to regain mobility. This initiative aims to empower them to earn a living, supporting themselves and their families, without becoming a burden to the society. The foundation depends entirely on generous donors who contribute to crafting prosthetic legs using local materials, providing assistance to economically disadvantaged individuals with disabilities.
