Vision and Mission

Vision

       To be a center for development of prostheses which are appropriate for the economy,

 climate and topography of the region.

Mission

    1). Work towards the development of various level prostheses which are usable and which prosthetists can
         make.
    2). Research and test prosthetic parts made from materials within the country which are durable and
         appropriate for the climate and topography.
    3). Produce prosthetic tools for prosthetists to make good, standard prostheses quickly.
    4). Provide training of prosthetists in the region to increase their knowledge and skills.
    5). Arrange teaching sessions to increase understanding of prosthetics among all those whose work with
         musculoskeletal system.
