Nowadays, The Prostheses Foundation received many of donated aluminium from inside and
outside country. This caused the problem in keeping aluminium because we don’t have enough
places so it is our financial problem. We have to rent the places to keep these aluminium, hire
people to separate different trash of aluminium. We also have to hire the melting factory to melt
these trash aluminium to aluminium bars and we have to find the warehouse to keep these
aluminium. To solve these problems, The Prostheses Foundation’s committees had the conclusion
to bring these aluminium to be traded with the good grade aluminium similar with the grades of
producing cars which are very strong and durable and can load the weight very well. We brought
these good aluminium to be the aluminium components which are very strong when we want to
produce the components. We will sell all leftovers aluminium when we don’t want to produce the
components so we don’t have to pay the rent for keeping aluminium, the wages for melting and
the warehouse’s rent for keeping the melted aluminium. The Prostheses Foundation will get
money in order to make artificial legs for poor amputees regardless of nationality or religion so
|
this would help amputees to have the artificial legs more widely. |
One artificial leg will consist of the 10-20% of aluminium the rest of 80-90% will make from
different kinds of plastic such as the plastic socket, artificial knee joint, shank and SACH foot.
The Prostheses Foundation will have to buy all these plastics and it seems that the price of plastic
is going up continuously. If you are inconvenient to send aluminium, you can sell the collected
aluminium to the shops which buy the old things ones and then you can transfer money to our
|
